SHIPPING POLICY

All our orders are processed same day or next day, for orders in the United States delivery times require 2 – 5 business days.

For orders outside of the United States, deliveries will require approximately 7 – 10 business days, but we make no guarantees on shipping times as import and customs requirements differ across countries. Orders will be shipped from our US Warehouse in the state of Florida. 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been processed successfully, we will provide an updated Tracking Number by email or you can check in your profile after registration.

RATES

Free shipping for all US orders, and a rate of $7.99 for all international orders. However, we provide free international shipping for all orders above USD $35. Additional charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

DELAYS

We work closely with our shipping partners and are confident of their capabilities in delivering your order on time. However, in an unlikely event that delivery has not been achieved within 20 days, we will provide a full refund.

DAMAGED GOODS

If you have problems with any of the products you ordered please contact us and we will replace or give a full refund for free. The request must be placed within 48 hours of receiving your order.
